Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive sales across the Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt brands in MS, AL, and GA. You will engage installing dealers and support distributor partners while building long-term relationships and expanding market share.

The role requires proven sales success in fire/lv systems, strong communication, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of sales or related experience in fire alarm or low-voltage industry.
• Proven success achieving sales targets and growing revenue within a territory.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm, life safety, low-voltage systems.
• Ability to establish technical credibility with installers, integrators, and distributor partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, territory-planning, and market-analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~80% of time engaging installing dealers and 20% supporting distribution partners.
• Develop relationships with dealers, contractors, integrators, and distributor sales teams.
• Drive demand generation, project specs, brand conversion, and revenue growth across Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.
• Support distributor inventory flow, branch days, training, and local sales initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities; analyze construction activity and market trends.
• Partner with customer service, technical support, and product management to ensure strong post-sale experience.
• Travel extensively across MS, AL and GA.
