Job summary

Honeywell Fire SMB is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive growth across NC, SC, and TN. You will engage with installing dealers, support distributors, and lead strategic distribution efforts to expand market share.

The role emphasizes coaching channel partners, building demand for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt brands, and maintaining accurate CRM forecasts to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong knowledge of the low-voltage industry.
• Proven track record of growing product and service sales in field sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm and life safety industry.

Responsibilities

• Own territory sales performance across NC, SC, and TN through dealers and distributors.
• Coach and support channel partners to drive brand preference and demand.
• Develop and execute territory plans, grow pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in CRM and manage end-to-end opportunities.
