Job summary

Honeywell Fire SMB is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive growth in NC, SC and TN. You will lead field dealer engagement and distribution partnerships to expand market share for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.

You will develop territory plans, coach channel partners, manage forecasts in CRM, and strive to meet revenue targets through strategic sales activities and demand generation in the commercial fire alarm and life safety market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the low-voltage industry.
• 5+ years working with third-party distribution models.
• 5+ years proven track record in growing product/service sales as a Territory Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across the territory through distributors and installing dealers.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generate demand, and grow market share.
• Coach and support channel partners, engage end-users and influencers.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasts and hit product/service revenue targets.
