Honeywell Fire is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive growth across NC, SC and TN, acting as the primary commercial contact for dealers and distributors.

The role emphasizes relationship building, brand preference for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt, and achieving revenue targets through channel partners and market expansion.

This field-based position requires strategic planning, CRM forecasting, and close collaboration with sales leadership to optimize territory performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the low-voltage industry.
• 5+ years in a third-party / channel distribution model.
• 5+ years of proven territory sales experience as a Territory Manager or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for the assigned territory and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generate demand, and build pipeline.
• Coach and manage channel partners, engage end-users, and forecast in CRM.
• Hit product/service revenue targets while expanding market share.
