Job summary

Honeywell Fire is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive growth across Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt brands in the MS, AL, and GA region. You will be a key contact for dealers and distribution partners, focusing on relationship-building and demand generation to expand revenue.

This role reports to the Honeywell Fire sales organization and includes a performance-based incentive plan. A strong track record in field sales and technical knowledge of building security systems is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of sales or related experience in fire alarm or low-voltage industry.
• Proven success achieving sales targets and growing revenue within territory.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm, life safety, low-voltage systems, or related building technologies.
• Ability to establish technical credibility and productive relationships with contractors, integrators, and distributors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, territory-planning, and market-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~80% of time engaging dealers and 20% supporting distribution partners.
• Develop relationships with dealers, contractors, integrators, and distributor sales teams.
• Drive demand generation, project specifications, brand conversion, and revenue growth for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.
• Support distributor inventory flow, branch counter days, training, and local sales initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities; analyze construction activity, market trends, and competitor activity to strengthen territory strategy.
• Partner with customer service, technical support, and product management to deliver a strong customer experience from onboarding through post-sale support.
• Travel extensively throughout MS, AL and GA.
