Job summary

Honeywell Fire SMB is seeking a Territory Manager II to lead sales across NC, SC, and TN, focusing on installing dealers and third-party distributors. You will drive demand, manage forecasts in CRM, and push brand adoption for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.

You will collaborate with dealers and distributors, build strategic plans, and strive to expand market share while achieving revenue targets in a competitive commercial fire protection market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong knowledge of the low-voltage industry.
• 5+ years of strong working knowledge of the third-party / channel distribution model.
• 5+ years of proven track record of growing product and service sales as a Territory Manager (or equivalent field sales role).

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across an assigned territory, primarily through distributors and dealers.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generate demand, build pipeline, and convert opportunities for Honeywell’s commercial fire brands.
• Coach and support channel partners, engage end-users and influencers, and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM.
