Job summary

Honeywell Fire is seeking a Territory Manager II to lead growth in the NC, SC, and TN region, partnering with installing dealers and distributors to expand Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt solutions.

You will own territory plans, drive demand, manage forecasts in CRM, and strive to exceed revenue targets through strong dealer engagement and market development initiatives within the commercial fire alarm segment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the low-voltage industry.
• Proven track record in channel distribution and partner management.
• Experience growing product and service sales in field roles.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across the assigned territory through third-party distributors and installing dealers.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generate demand, build pipeline, and convert opportunities.
• Coach and support channel partners, engage end-users and influencers, maintain CRM forecasts.
• Drive revenue targets and expand market share in the Fire SMB line.
