Honeywell Fire SMB is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive growth across NC, SC and TN, focusing on dealer engagement and distributor support for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt solutions. You will own territory plans, build pipeline, and coach channel partners while meeting revenue targets.

Strong relationship skills with dealers and distributors are essential. The role emphasizes field sales in a complex channel with incentives, CRM forecasting, and close collaboration with end-users

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of strong knowledge of the low-voltage industry.
• 5+ years of experience with third-party / channel distribution models.
• 5+ years of proven track record in growing product and service sales as a Territory Manager or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Own sales performance across an assigned territory, working primarily through third-party distributors and installing dealers.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generate demand, build pipeline, and convert opportunities for Honeywell’s commercial fire alarm brands.
• Coach and support channel partners, engage end-users, consultants, and influencers, maintain accurate forecasts in CRM, and deliver against revenue targets while expanding market share.
