Job summary

Honeywell Fire SMB is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across NC, SC, and TN through dealers and distributors. You will develop territory plans, generate demand, manage pipelines, and expand market share for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.

The role focuses on a strong dealer network with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, reporting to the Honeywell Fire SMB leadership. Experience in low-voltage and life-safety sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong knowledge of the low-voltage industry.
• 5+ years of working knowledge of the third-party/channel distribution model.
• 5+ years of proven track record of growing product and service sales as a Territory Manager (or equivalent role).

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance across the assigned territory, primarily through third-party distributors and installing dealers.
• Develop and execute territory plans, generate demand, build pipeline and convert opportunities for Honeywell's fire brands.
• Coach and support channel partners, engage end-users, consultants, and influencers, and maintain CRM forecasts.
