Reynolds American Inc. in Culpeper, VA is seeking a Territory Manager to grow brands by building strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders. You will develop local strategies, manage a sales plan, and drive presence of Reynolds products across your geography.

The role requires travel up to 200 miles daily, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. A Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience is preferred, with an annual salary of $68,700 and a 20% bonus target.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment in support of Division, Region, and Company goals.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for territory objectives and identifies potential retail outlets.
• Develops strategy for product placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Builds client willingness to collaborate with the Company on key business drivers.
• Maintains relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales and promote Reynolds brands.
