Job summary

Reynolds American is seeking a Territory Manager in Richmond, KY within the Marketing Function. You will grow brands by building relationships with key clients, travel frequently, and drive territory sales opportunities.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with distributors and retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and drive up to 200 miles per day.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for territory objectives.
• Develops strategy for product and POS placements to optimize sales.
• Achieve customer engagement certification and demonstrate mastery within Territory.
• Builds client willingness to collaborate with the Company on key drivers to grow market share.
• Develops and maintains relationships with local chains and distributors.
• Sell/execute the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
• Analyzes territory to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail opportunities.
• Collaborates on territory-specific sales planning and product initiatives.
