Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics seeks a Territory Manager to launch and grow its first commercial product targeting hypertension, CKD, and related conditions with a highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor.

You will develop a deep understanding of disease state and clinical data, and execute territory business plans to drive product adoption and meet sales targets. Fully remote in the U.S., heavy cross-functional collaboration will optimize performance while ensuring compliant engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales with a proven track record of success.
• Strong clinical communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Preference for cardiometabolic or specialty sales experience.

Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension, CKD, and related conditions with a highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor.

Responsibilities:

• develop a deep understanding of disease state and clinical data

• Also, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, reimbursement, and leadership teams to optimize territory performance and share market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience (preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty sales)
• proven sales success
• strong clinical communication skills
• and ability to operate autonomously.

Preferred:

• launch experience
• specialty sales background
• and familiarity with complex scientific data.
