Job summary

Halter seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth across the East Central US, with travel to ranches and farms. You will build relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and own the customer lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to agricultural prosumers or ranchers.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business in assigned territory.
• In-field sales visits and product demonstrations on ranches.
• Expanding existing opportunities and upselling Halter solutions.
• Hitting sales targets and managing deal pipelines.
• Customer onboarding and ensuring successful deployment of Halter.
• Own and develop the entire territory and relationships with ag groups.
• Collaborating with Support and Product teams to meet customer needs.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and network.
