Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Territory Manager, Biopharma to drive sales of pharmaceutical equipment and service contracts within a defined territory. You will collaborate with sales specialists to develop strategies for priority accounts, manage budgets, and optimize market share while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Director, Sales Life Science, and requires travel (2–3 days per week) to customer sites within the territory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated complex sales experience.
• Knowledge of the Getinge Life Science equipment portfolio preferred.
• Customer Relationship Management system experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the assigned sales objective for each product category.
• Formulate strategies and action plans for account penetration and for bundling opportunities.
• Develop account-planning activities and monitor progress with required reporting.
• Prepare territory forecasts and travel agendas; participate in scheduled conference calls.
• Use CRM tools and dashboards for account planning and tracking.
