Job summary

Getinge in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager for Biopharma to drive sales of pharmaceutical equipment and service contracts across priority accounts. You will collaborate with sales specialists to craft account strategies and capitalize on opportunities, while maintaining profit margins and market share growth.

The role reports to the Director, Sales Life Science. Travel 2–3 days per week within the territory, including Dallas, Austin, Houston and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years in pharma sales.
• Experience selling capital equipment to end users preferred.
• Prescriptive sales methodology experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives for product categories.
• Collaborate with sales specialists to optimize account penetration and bundling opportunities.
• Develop territory forecasts and call plans with travel itineraries and reporting.
• Use Salesforce.com, dashboards and account planners for tracking progress and performance.
• Travel within the territory (2–3 days per week) to customer sites as required.
