Job summary

Getinge seeks a Territory Manager for Biopharma to sell pharmaceutical equipment and service contracts. You will collaborate with sales specialists to devise strategies for priority accounts and grow market share, reporting to the Director, Sales Life Science.

Location preferences include Dallas, Austin, Houston TX or nearby states. This role requires 2–3 days of travel weekly and a valid driver's license. The total compensation and base salary reflect aggressive incentive targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated complex sales experience.
• Knowledge of Getinge Life Science equipment portfolio preferred.
• Computer literacy; familiarity with IT concepts, Windows and Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must travel to customer sites (2-3 days/week); reside within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the assigned sales objective for each product category while managing expenses.
• Collaborate with sales specialists and service personnel to plan account penetration and bundling opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and monitor progress; submit updates on schedule.
• Prepare territory forecasts and travel plans; participate in scheduled conference calls.
• Use CRM tools and dashboards to track activities and results.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Service, and Project Management to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, architects, and project managers about product needs and installation requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to Getinge's Code of Conduct and SOPs.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge and training participation.
