Getinge is seeking a Territory Manager, Biopharma in the Dallas area to lead sales of pharma equipment and service contracts. You will collaborate with sales specialists to craft strategies for priority accounts while achieving profit margin and market share goals.

The role requires 2–3 days per week travel, residing within the territory, and strong communication and CRM skills. Base plus incentives support a comprehensive total compensation package.

Formación

• Demonstrated complex sales experience within life science or pharmaceutical markets.
• CRM system experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week; reside within the territory or close to it.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed the assigned sales objective for each product category while controlling expenses.
• Collaborate with sales specialists to develop account strategies and opportunities.
• Develop territory plans, monitor progress, and submit updates on schedule.
• Prepare territory forecasts and call plans with calendar scheduling.
• Utilize Salesforce and dashboards to track activities and results.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
