Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Outreach professional based in Providence, RI to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build and manage relationships with referral sources, and travel locally 4-5 days per week to meet with patients, parents, and providers.

You will drive market penetration and collaborate across marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve goals. This role offers comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, with a base compensation in the

• Must be based in Providence, RI.
• Fluent in English.
• 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
