Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking an energetic Outreach professional based in Cape Cod & Islands, MA.

You will develop GTM plans, build relationships with referral sources, and travel 4-5 days per week to meet patients, parents, and providers, driving access to our behavioral health programs. You will collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to remove barriers and expand our partner network while delivering on ambitious go-to-market goals.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Able to travel locally 4–5 days/week with reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling style.
• Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference calls.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
