Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking an Outreach professional based in Concord, NH to build and manage relationships with clinical partners and referral sources. You will travel locally 4–5 days per week to meet with patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, and overcome barriers to treatment while advancing our GTM strategy.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product and client success teams to drive growth and provide resources to communities in need, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Based in Concord, NH
• Fluent in English
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience with KPI ownership is a plus
• Healthcare org experience a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week for meetings with partners
• Energetic, persuasive, and able to engage senior professionals
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to reach GTM goals
