Job summary

Charlie Health in Portland, ME is seeking an Outreach Sales Representative to build relationships with clinical partners, drive patient access, and expand our behavioral health programs in local communities.

You will travel 4-5 days a week to meet partners, energize senior decision makers, and collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to hit GTM goals. We offer comprehensive benefits and a base compensation in the mid-60s to 80k range, plus uncapped bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Portland, ME.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership is a plus.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style.
• Strong project management and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
