Job summary

You will partner with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve go-to-market goals. The role offers base compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 per year with an uncapped performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Based in Norfolk, VA
• 1–4 years proven sales experience, owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days per week for meetings with referral partners
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Ability to energize, advise and persuade senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
