Job summary

Charlie Health seeks an Outreach role in Minnesota to build relationships with clinical partners and generate patient referrals. You will travel locally to meet partners, lead meetings, and advocate for Charlie Health programs, driving community access to care.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Mankato, MN.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years sales experience; KPI ownership helpful.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Travel to meet patients, parents, and providers 4–5 days/week to uncover needs and form partnerships.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Expand Charlie Health's penetration in existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events.
• Share market feedback to inform future marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit GTM goals.
