Job summary

Halter Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and customer success across the Northern region of Arkansas. You will own the territory, travel frequently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Halter’s virtual fencing technology to US cattle operations.

You will manage end-to-end sales from prospecting to onboarding, fostering strong relationships with farmers, livestock associations, and industry groups to meet ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or ranching sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a local pipeline.
• In-field sales across ranches, barns, and pasture settings.
