Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success in the Northern Arizona region. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and achieve ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth handoff and maximum value for ranching customers. Travel within the territory is expected as part of your role.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to agricultural customers or ranching background preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and surrounding regions.
• Territory management experience in agriculture or technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a pipeline within the Northern AZ territory.
• Perform in-field sales, meeting customers on ranches and at industry events.
• Expand existing opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Hitting ambitious sales targets and managing deals end-to-end.
• Account management after sale, ensuring onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Own the territory and build relationships with local agricultural groups.
• Lead customer onboarding and provide field feedback to product teams.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and deepen relationships.
• Contribute to the US sales strategy as the team scales.
