Job summary

Halter seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the Rio Grande region of West Texas. You will be Halter’s on-the-ground representative, building relationships with ranchers and validating value with Halter’s solutions.

Collaborate with Product, Support and Onboarding teams to ensure deployment and ongoing satisfaction. Frequent travel and hands-on selling are core aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales results in a field or agricultural setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and achieve growth targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with ranchers and local agricultural groups.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Onboarding teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Represent Halter as the on-the-ground face of the company in the US market.
