Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the Edwards Plateau region of West Texas. You will drive new business growth, manage customer success in your territory, and serve as Halter’s on-the-ground representative, traveling frequently to ranches across the US.

You’ll lead end-to-end sales from prospecting to onboarding, build strong relationships with cattle producers, and collaborate with product and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to ranching/agriculture customers.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

• Prospect new business and build a regional pipeline.
