Job summary

Halter seeks a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success in the South West region of Wyoming. You will collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to share field insights and improve the Halter experience for U.S. farmers.

Responsibilities include in-field demos, pipeline development, and post-sale account management to ensure ongoing satisfaction and revenue growth. Travel is required within the territory.

Qualifications

• Driven attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ranching or cattle operations experience.
• Sales and customer success expertise with a track record of creating new business.
• Territory management experience within agriculture or technology.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business by attending local cattle auctions, events, and association meetings to build a pipeline.
• In-field sales, demonstrating Halter technology to improve pasture management and animal welfare.
• Expand opportunities with current customers through upsell and cross-sell of products.
• Hit sales targets by managing the pipeline and driving deals to close while focusing on long-term revenue.
