Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth in the Northern region of Arkansas. You will act as Halter’s on-the-ground representative, building relationships with farmers, ranchers, and regional agricultural groups while meeting ambitious growth targets.

You’ll travel frequently, manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams to ensure customer success and long-term value of Halter’s solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in B2B environment.
• Strong customer success orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a large territory and driving new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline across Arkansas and surrounding regions.
• In-field sales and customer meetings, including ranch and farm visits.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell Halter solutions.
• Hit and exceed sales targets and manage current deals with a long-term view.
