Job summary

AOCUSA is hiring a dynamic Territory Sales Rep to drive growth in our lubricant distribution network across a multi-state Northeast territory. You will cultivate new business while supporting existing distributor relationships, reporting to the National Sales VP, and collaborating with the broader sales and support teams.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), a strong customer focus, and a proven outside sales background in lubricant distribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven outside sales experience
• Foundational training in modern sales techniques
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new accounts within a multi-state territory
• Build and maintain positive distributor relationships
• Maintain deep knowledge of lubricant distribution market and industry trends
• Prepare and present sales data for customers and leadership; update CRM daily
• Manage pricing discussions and discount structures with quotes
• Plan and execute strategic travel within territory to maximize client face-time
• Ensure timely reporting and expense documentation
