Job summary

AOCUSA is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a multi-state lubricant distribution network. The role reports to the National Sales Manager and requires coordinating with the sales team to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

You will manage distributor relationships and identify new business opportunities in a remote, home-office setup. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in outside sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in lubricant distribution or related market.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven outside sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new accounts across a multi-state territory.
• Engage distributor networks to strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain deep market knowledge of traditional lubricant distribution.
• Prepare and present sales data to customers and leadership; update CRM daily.
• Plan travel efficiently to maximize client meetings while controlling costs.
