Job summary

AOCUSA is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across a multi-state Northeast territory including NY, NJ, CT, MA and beyond. You will expand distributor networks, manage key accounts, and work with the sales team to increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This remote role requires up to 75% travel, strong prospecting and CRM discipline, and proficiency with MS Office. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in traditional lubricant distribution is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth: identify and cultivate new accounts across multi-state territory.
• Relationship Management: build long-term, productive supplier–client relationships.
• Market Expertise: maintain knowledge of traditional lubricant distribution market trends.
• Sales Administration: prepare and present sales data; maintain CRM records.
• Order Optimization: secure orders, manage delivery dates and inventory levels.
• Pricing & Quotes: follow price quote procedures and manage discounts.
• Strategic Travel: plan and budget travel within the territory.
• Compliance & Reporting: meet monthly reporting directives and expense submissions.
