Job summary

AOCUSA is hiring a Northeast Territory Sales Representative for a remote, multi-state role covering NY, NJ, CT, MA, and other states. You will drive growth, strengthen distributor relationships, and report to the National Sales VP.

Expect up to 75% travel, a base salary of $60,000 plus commission, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have lubricant distribution outside sales experience and strong MS Office/CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven outside sales experience evidenced by meeting/exceeding targets.
• Foundational training in modern sales techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth: identify and cultivate new accounts and buying cycles.
• Relationship Management: build long-term supplier-client relationships.
• Market Expertise: stay informed on lubricant distribution market and trends.
• Sales Administration: prepare and present sales data; maintain CRM records.
• Order Optimization: secure orders while managing delivery dates and inventory.
• Pricing & Quotes: follow quote procedures with multi-level pricing and discounts.
• Strategic Travel: plan efficient travel within territory to maximize client meetings.
• Compliance & Reporting: submit timely expense reports and follow directives.
