AOCUSA is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to expand our lubricant distribution network across a multi-state Northeast territory. This remote role reports to the National Sales VP and focuses on identifying new accounts, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Expect up to 75% travel about the territory, with home-office setup and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within multi-state territory.

Responsabilités

• Identify and cultivate new accounts within a multi-state territory.
• Manage distributor relationships and prepare quotes and pricing.
• Increase sales volume and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain CRM records and report sales data to leadership.
• Plan and schedule travel to maximize client face-time while controlling costs.
