Job summary

AOCUSA (Amalie Oil Company) is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across a multi-state lubricant distribution network. You will target new accounts while supporting existing distributors, reporting to the National Sales VP, and coordinating with the broader sales team to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires up to 75% travel within a Northeast/Multi-State territory, remote work from a home office, and strong skills in relationship-building,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in lubricant distribution or related markets.
• Proven ability to build distributor relationships and close deals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new accounts while maintaining distributor partnerships.
• Engage with prospective customers to build lasting supplier relationships.
• Manage pricing, quotes, and delivery scheduling within the CRM.
• Plan and execute travel within multi-state territory to maximize client engagement.
