AOCUSA is hiring a dynamic Northeast Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a multi-state lubricant distribution network. The role reports to the National Sales Manager and supports distributors to increase sales, revenue, and satisfaction.

Remote, with substantial travel, the position spans NY, NJ, CT, MA, RI, MD, DE, NH, VT and others. The candidate will manage accounts, optimize pricing, maintain CRM records, and align with company values while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in the traditional lubricant distribution market.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven outside sales experience with a track record of success.
• Foundational training in modern sales techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Territory Growth: identify and cultivate new accounts, establish buying cycles, and maintain existing distributors.
• Relationship Management: engage with prospective customers to build long-term relationships.
• Market Expertise: understand traditional lubricant distribution market and trends.
• Sales Administration: prepare and present sales data; maintain CRM records daily.
• Order Optimization: secure orders while managing delivery dates, inventory, and logistics.
• Pricing & Quotes: follow price quote procedures; manage multi-level pricing and discounts.
• Strategic Travel: plan and schedule travel within the territory to maximize client face-time and minimize costs.
• Compliance & Reporting: adhere to monthly reporting directives and submit expense reports.
