Job summary

AOCUSA is seeking a dynamic Northeast Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across a multi-state territory. This remote home-based role requires extensive travel and a focus on strengthening distributor relationships to increase sales volume.

Reporting to the National Sales VP, you will work with the sales team to optimize pricing, manage orders, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in traditional lubricant distribution (3+ years).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven outside sales experience and foundational sales training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow new prospective accounts within a multi-state territory.
• Maintain and strengthen distributor relationships.
• Understand traditional lubricant market trends and apply insights.
