Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a motivated Key Account Specialist in Thousand Oaks, CA to execute territorial sales plans. You will deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians, build strong relationships with key influencers, and leverage AI-enabled insights to optimise interactions and outcomes.

The role requires 2–4+ years in pharma sales, a BA/BS degree, and the ability to manage large accounts within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–4+ years' pharma sales experience preferred or considered.
• Experience managing large and complex accounts; navigate reimbursement and access challenges.
• Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Plan and organise activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Deliver current and comprehensive clinical brand presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals to drive appropriate utilisation of customer product.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyse business effectiveness of sales activities and territory analysis, and develop territory plans with the District Manager and brand teams.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
