Syneos Health is hiring a Key Account Specialist in Los Angeles to drive sales within a defined territory by executing a comprehensive business plan and engaging healthcare professionals with product and disease-area expertise.

You will leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalise interactions, manage a territory budget, and deliver current brand presentations to physicians to optimise product utilization.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years' experience in pharma preferred; strong business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience in PAH, cardiopulmonary disease or heart failure preferred.
• Experience managing large and complex accounts, including navigating reimbursement and access challenges.
• Proven ability to identify key stakeholders, build strong customer relationships and influence decisions.

Responsabilités

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and interact with top target customers to maximise sales.
• Plan and organise activities for regular territory coverage.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalise HCP interactions and improve customer experience.
