Job summary

Syneos Health in Riverside, CA is seeking a motivated Key Account Specialist to drive sales across a defined territory. You will deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals, build relationships with HCPs and serve as a disease expert/resource to customers.

You will develop and execute an integrated territory business plan, leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools, manage budget, and ensure compliance with policies while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2-4+ years' pharma sales experience preferred.
• Experience in PAH, cardiopulmonary disease or heart failure preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to influence decisions.
• Self-motivated, resilient and collaborative.
• Must live within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Plan and organise activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Deliver current and comprehensive clinical brand presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and understand local market trends.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and analyse territory performance and develop plans with the District Manager.
