Syneos Health seeks a Key Account Specialist to drive sales within a defined San Diego territory, delivering clinical presentations to physicians and health care professionals while acting as a disease expert and resource.

You will build relationships with HCPs, manage territory plans and budgets, and leverage AI and digital tools to enhance engagement and outcomes. Eligibility for commissions may apply based on performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–4+ years' pharma sales experience preferred.
• Experience in PAH or related fields preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts.
• Strong stakeholder identification and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by executing a territory business plan.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and HCPs.
• Build relationships with key influencers and top target customers.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools for customer engagement.
• Manage territory budget and complete training/administrative tasks.
• Execute brand strategy and ensure compliance with policies.
