Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a high-achieving outside sales professional to join our growing team in Lawton, OK. You will prospect small to mid-sized businesses, present our supplemental insurance products, and plan your own weekly schedule with autonomy.

Training includes classroom and hands-on modules; preferred backgrounds include athletics or leadership, but not required. You will build a client portfolio, hit monthly targets, and collaborate with the sales manager to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (license fees reimbursed).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
