Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to build a new territory. You will conduct in-person calls to businesses, develop relationships with owners, managers, and employees, and present industry-leading supplemental insurance products.

Training will be provided to help you connect with small and mid-sized businesses. You will work with a motivated team and drive quarterly sales targets while enjoying a performance-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; license fees reimbursed.
• Pass a thorough pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new client base through in-person calls and territory management.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present products.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text and manage referrals.
• Visit businesses, build relationships, and grow your portfolio.
• Track activities and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
