Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a results-oriented Territory-based Sales Representative for Oklahoma. You will receive comprehensive training to master selling top-tier supplemental insurance to business owners and their workforce, with a mix of one-on-one and group presentations.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (consideration for relevant sales/athletic background).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at the end of each day.

Education

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
