Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our local sales team in a full-time, independent contractor role. You’ll meet business owners and employees in person, present benefit options, and guide enrollment decisions to help protect what matters most.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable traveling within a local territory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct sales and meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationships and presentations.
• Comfortable working in a field-based, independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
