Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our local Texas territory as a full-time independent contractor. You will meet business owners and employees in person, explain supplemental insurance options, and guide enrollment decisions.

If you thrive on relationship-building, self-motivation, and flexible scheduling, this role offers training, mentorship, and leadership support, with commissions and a weekly base draw.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and trust-building abilities.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
