Job summary
Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time, independent contractor capacity. You will meet with business owners and employees in your local Texas territory to present supplemental insurance options and guide enrollment decisions.

Qualifications
- Experience in sales and client-facing roles.
- Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
- Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
- Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
- Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
- Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
- Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
