Allegiant Business Group is hiring a full-time independent contractor Insurance Sales Representative to meet with local business owners and staff, present benefit options, and enroll participants in supplemental insurance plans. You will manage a growing territory with autonomy and support from leadership.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, face-to-face meetings, and ongoing client support, with training, mentorship, and clear pathways for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development or leadership roles.
• Face-to-face, relationship-focused selling experience is ideal.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel locally.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with company support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity within the assigned territory.
