Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks an Insurance Sales Representative to join our B2B direct sales team in a full-time independent contractor role focused on a local territory. You will help business clients select supplemental insurance options and guide enrollment decisions.

You will meet with business owners and employees, deliver benefit presentations, and maintain client records using Salesforce, with structured training, mentorship, and leadership support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and building client relationships.
• Ability to work in a local territory and travel as needed.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (licensing support provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
