Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks an Insurance Sales Representative to join our local territory team in a full-time, independent contractor capacity. You will meet business owners face-to-face, present supplemental insurance options, and guide enrollment decisions, while building long-term relationships and expanding your client base.

We provide structured training, mentorship, licensing support for Health & Life, and a flexible schedule with autonomy over how you manage your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Comfort with presenting to groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
